Choosing the right cake for your special occasion is a big decision. There are so many things to consider such as style, theme, flavour, colour and design. All this while working within your budget. I aim to provide high quality, beautifully designed cakes that taste delicious and are reasonably priced.

Before we chat, may I suggest you have a quick look at my cake designs to get an idea of the service I provide. Also, if you have a picture or some design ideas you like, please feel free to forward these on to me so that I may incorporate them into your design if possible.
Just a few things I need to know before I provide a quote:
- What date do you require the cake?
- How many serves do you require? (see size guide below)
- Do you have a general idea of the theme and style of cake you are after?
- Do you have a budget?
Note that I generally require a minimum of 4 weeks notice prior to your event date.
Delivery is available for wedding cakes for the North Shore and City area ($80-$100). Delivery is possible outside these areas but prices may vary. Other cakes require collection.
Tastings are available for wedding cake clients. These are $25 per person and the price is deducted from the price of your wedding cake should you proceed with your order.
Cakes
The cost of my cakes is based upon the size and structure, ingredients and time (complexity of the design). For custom cakes requiring multiple emails and changes (e.g. wedding cakes) the pricing will vary.
Fondant Cakes
Prices are for basic, fondant covered cakes:
- Single tier cakes from $250 (9 inch). Average range $250 to $350.
- Two tiered cakes from $320 (7 inch, 9 inch). Average range $350 to $450.
- Three tiered cakes from $450 (6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch). Average range $450 to $700.
- Four tiered cakes from $600 (6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch). Average range $700 to $900.
- Sculpted (shaped) cakes from $350. Average range $400 to $800.
These prices include your delicious, custom made fondant covered cake and covered board, a personal message (if desired) and packaging.
Additional costs are for type and number of decorations (e.g. figurines, sugar flowers) and and the complexity of the design as well as flavour and size.
Semi-Naked (semi ganached/frosted) and ganached/frosted cakes
- Single tier cakes from $160 (8 inch) $190 (7 inch extended tier) plus cost of flowers
- Two tiered cakes from $300 (7 inch, 9 inch) plus cost of flowers
- Three tiered cakes from $450 (6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch) plus cost of flowers
- Four tiered cakes from $550 (6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch) plus cost of flowers
Naked (unfrosted) Cakes
- Single tier cakes from $90 (8 inch) $130 (7 inch extended tier) plus cost of flowers
- Two tiered cakes from $260 (7 inch, 9 inch) plus cost of flowers
- Three tiered cakes from $360 (6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch) plus cost of flowers
- Four tiered cakes from $460 (6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch) plus cost of flowers
Cupcakes
Fondant covered cupcakes:
The price varies from $3 to $8 per cupcake depending upon the type of handmade decoration.
Piped Butter-cream or piped ganache cupcakes:
The price varies from $3 to $7 per cupcake depending upon the type of decoration. Ganache (add 50 cents per cupcake).
Cookies
Cookies can be made in any shape/size with any decoration and can be themed to suit particular times of the year (e.g. Easter, Valentine’s Day, Halloween and Christmas). Each cookie can be individually wrapped. The price varies depending upon the type and complexity of the decoration. Small cookies start at $1 each and large cookies start at $2.50 each up to $7 for my detailed, hand piped cookies.
I also do cookie wands which can be individually wrapped. These range from $3 to $7 each.
I also do gorgeous cookie bags which are great as an alternative to kids party bags. These range in price from $5 to $12 per bag.

Standard tier height is approximately 3 to 4 inches
Extended tier height is approximately 6 to 8 inches. These cakes are cut horizontally into two separate cakes to serve.
